This CDI UNIT has a LED that flashes when the unit fires, the old unit didn’t have this feature. Makes trouble shooting a lot easier.

I’ve had other brands that have gone intermittent and some completely died. These units have not failed me yet and have them in several different models. This order was delivered in a timely manner, but I was disappointed in receiving a resistor instead of the clear spark plug insulator boot. Hopefully Sterling Kit will send me one.
where the loose stuff goes, it is no longer sparked to ten times the new one is better
I use this ignition for a small one cylinder engine. It produces a mighty spark with a 2S battery. Engine runs so much better than before. Will buy another one gor spare.
