CISON V8 LS-52 MCU Ignition System Wiring Diagram
MCU (microcontroller) is the system's "intelligent brain". It detects crankshaft position in real-time through Hall sensor, precise to each cylinder's working stage. Water temperature sensor monitors system water temperature. MCU has built-in ignition control algorithm optimized for V8 engines, calculates optimal ignition timing and energy based on current RPM and water temperature, then precisely controls 8 high-voltage transformers to output ignition pulses simultaneously.
The entire process responds in milliseconds, much faster than traditional mechanical ignition. MCU automatically adjusts ignition advance angle based on engine operating conditions—increases advance angle and energy at low RPM to ensure smooth starting; adjusts automatically at high RPM to prevent detonation. At low water temperature it enhances ignition, at high temperature it reduces energy. This adaptive control ensures the engine maintains optimal combustion state in any condition.
DSU display shows MCU's operating data in real-time—RPM, water temperature, voltage—letting you clearly see engine operating status and optimize engine performance.
