We would like to thank all Flywing EC135 customers for your continued trust and support. To further improve flight stability and enhance user experience, Stirlingkit has recently introduced an upgrade to the EC135 rotor head. Some customers have already received replacement rotor heads as part of this upgrade.
Why This Recall Is Taking Place
While the upgrade was designed to optimize performance, we have received feedback indicating:
Some customers experienced difficulties during the replacement process.
A few replacement rotor heads presented minor issues.
To ensure safety and consistent product quality, we are initiating a partial recall for specific customers. Please note: This recall is not due to a product defect, but rather to ensure the upgrade process is completed safely and effectively.
Recall Scope
The recall applies only to the following customers:
Customers who have not yet replaced their rotor head.
Customers who received a replacement rotor head but encountered problems.
Customers who have not yet received the replacement rotor head.

Important Notes:
Customers who have already completed the rotor head replacement and are experiencing no issues do not need to participate in the recall.
