Low Temperature Stirling Engine Motor Steam Heat Education Model Toy

I have received a gift from my daughter who knows how I enjoy mechanical gadgets from tools to wrist watches and the Stirling engine model LT001 is now on that list of cool gadgets. The craftsmanship is top quality. The assembly was simple and straight forward and performance was perfect. I do have one concern and that is there is no warning. When I was done and ready to put on display I noticed it was hot due to the heat needed to operate. I would highly recommend a type of warning label. I will be using caution when showing my it to family and friends. Thank you to my daughter and your company for an amazing product.

This was well packed and arrived without any damage. Assembly was minimal and easy despite inexact instructions. Runs quite rapidly on a cup of boiling water and will run for about a minute after removing the cup. No need to cool the top with ice. It’s a true low temp Stirling engine. Pairs it with a glass dome to keep the dust off between runs. A very handsome machine that amazingly for this time and age is not cheap and “plasticy”. Did a lot of research and this is the one to buy.

This Sterling engine is very well-made and assembles easily. Mine was packed well and came in perfect condition. All I had to do was put the four parts together and did not have to tweak anything to get it to work. It spins rapidly on a couple of hot water and will run for almost a minute and slowly come to a stop after you take it off the heat source. The metal construction and fit and finish make it and I pleasing accessory for my study. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. I keep it under a small bell jar to protect it and keep the dust off. Almost everyone asks what it is and our amazed when they see it work.

I bought two low steam engines. One works wonderfully. But the other one does not. Compared to other companies, this company's items are better quality when things are working. But when there is flaw in parts, for example parts are bent and misaligned where the wheel rubs the cylinder and prevents the wheel from turning well. My experience with this company is that they WILL NOT replace the bad parts and you are out of luck. Buyer beware!!!
