The Missing O-Rings (Page 38 Supplement):
- Add one 5x1.1 sealing ring to the cylinder block water channel.
- Add two small sealing rings at the cylinder head position. - Perfect Valve Oil Seals (Page 37): We have re-illustrated the standard installation schematic in our supplement to ensure perfect alignment.
- Crankshaft Flange Nut Security: We recommend a secondary check and tightening after unboxing. A dab of high-strength threadlocker is advised for high-RPM stability.

To ensure zero interference and ultra-smooth rotation, choose one of these two professional methods:
Secure bearings with threadlocker, manually gapping to a precise 0.3mm between bearing and cam.
Slide our new
6x7.5x0.3mm shims before the bearings for an automatic factory-perfect fit.💡 Builder's Tip: The gear screw shims are an "Optimized Auxiliary Part" to help beginners avoid over-seating. While not mandatory for pro-builders, we've included them to guarantee the ultimate Stirlingkit experience!
