Why the FLYWING EC135 Is the Perfect RC Helicopter for Beginners and Pros? | STIRLINGKIT

I’ve been flying RC helicopters for over 10 years, and honestly, the Flywing EC135 is one of the best all-around helis out there — whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pilot.

First off, the build quality is solid. The main blades are carbon fiber mixed with nylon, with a metal rod inside for extra strength. That means they’re tough enough to handle most crashes without snapping but still light enough to keep the flight smooth. The main rotor runs on a strong 3508 brushless motor, and the tail rotor isn’t just any tail — it’s a cool ducted fan powered by a 2008 brushless motor, which makes it look super realistic and gives you precise control.

This thing isn’t made from foam like a lot of beginner helis. The body uses fiberglass, aluminum, and quality plastic parts, so it’s sturdy but still lightweight. Yeah, if you slam it into concrete hard enough, it’ll break — but with normal flying, it holds up really well.

Power comes from a 5000mAh 4S LiPo battery, which gets you about 20 minutes of flying time. The 60A ESC handles both motors smoothly. If you want longer flights, it’s easy to swap in a bigger battery.

What I love is the built-in M10 GPS. For beginners, the GPS-stabilized mode is a lifesaver — it keeps the helicopter level and stops it from flipping over unless you switch it off. So you can fly confidently without worrying about crashes. For the pros, there’s a full manual mode (called 3D mode), where all the stabilization is off, letting you do flips and tricks — but you gotta know what you’re doing.

The included 10-channel transmitter has a solid range — about a mile — which is more than enough for most flying spots. The clear canopy is a nice touch for scale realism, and you can even put a tiny pilot figure inside if you want.

Also, the blades are super easy to remove and attach thanks to a quick-release system. You can transport the heli with just a couple of blades on it and pop the rest on at the field in seconds.

All in all, the Flywing EC135 hits a sweet spot — tough enough for beginners, packed with features for advanced flyers, and it just looks amazing in the air. If you’re looking for a realistic, reliable, and fun RC helicopter, this one’s definitely worth checking out.

While you can find the EC135 from other distributors, I personally recommend STIRLINGKIT because they really go the extra mile for their customers. They provide free manuals in multiple languages, making it easier to get started no matter where you are. For European buyers, they include free adapter plugs since the default charger is the US version. Plus, if you ever have any quality issues, SK offers free replacement parts for existing customers. And if you want to buy extra parts or upgrades, they often provide special discounts. It’s these thoughtful touches that make a real difference over time.
