Our team returned on October 4 after the National Day holiday. Thank you for your patience while we were away. Here is where things stand and what to expect for your order.

Changes, cancellations and spare parts
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can change the model or cancel it. Just email us with your order number.
- Spare parts and replacement components are available again. Send requests to service@stirlingkit.com.
Shipping and tracking
Our freight forwarders built up a small backlog over the holiday. We expect it to be fully cleared within 2–3 days.
- Shipping rates are unchanged.
- Customs at your destination may add 2–3 days, which is normal at this time of year.
Tracking a shipped order: once you have your tracking number, you can check it on our Track Your Order page. You can also use the carrier's website or 17TRACK.
If something goes wrong: missing parts, a damaged package or a lost shipment will be replaced free of charge. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it.
Payment and documents
- Checkout is working normally. We accept PayPal, credit cards and installment payments.
- Need a commercial invoice or customs documents? Ask us and we'll send them with your shipment.
Messages, after-sales and warranty
- Every email and message received during the holiday will have a reply by October 5.
- After-sales tickets, dispute handling and assembly support are back to normal.
- Your warranty is extended by the length of our holiday closure, so the time we were away doesn't count against you.

Frequently asked questions
How fast are in-stock orders shipped?
In-stock orders are processed within 24 hours of checkout.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Pre-orders ship on the schedule shown on the product page. For other orders, the most likely reason is that the model wasn't in stock when you ordered and is now being produced or going through quality inspection. This usually takes 7–10 days. If it will take longer than 15 days, we'll contact you to confirm. We'll email you as soon as your order ships.
When will the SEMTO L2 engine ship?
Production is about 90% complete, and we expect to ship in mid-October.
When will the Enjomor V8, V12 and GS-L6 turbocharger ship?
The Enjomor V8 and V12 engines, along with the GS-L6 turbocharger and base, are in production and expected to ship in late October.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email service@stirlingkit.com with your order number.
Has shipping gone up after the holiday?
No. Shipping rates are unchanged.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, enter your tracking number on our Track Your Order page. You can also check it on the carrier's website or at 17TRACK.
Why hasn't my express tracking updated yet?
Express parcels route through Hong Kong, so tracking can take 3–4 days to show movement. Your parcel is on its way.
What if my package arrives damaged or parts are missing?
We replace missing parts, damaged items and lost parcels free of charge. Send your order number and a photo of the issue to service@stirlingkit.com.
Does the holiday affect my warranty?
No. Warranty periods are extended to cover our holiday closure.
Can I get a commercial invoice?
Yes. Request it before shipment and we'll include it with your parcel.
Shopping early for the holidays?
Engine kits take time to ship overseas, so ordering now is the easiest way to make sure your gift arrives before Christmas. Our early holiday gift guide brings together our most-loved models, plus a few extras for October orders:
- Free gift with October orders, based on your order total and added automatically. No code needed.
- Price protection: if the same item drops in price by November 30, we'll refund the difference.
- Extended returns: orders placed October through December can be returned until the end of January.
- Ship it straight to them: we can send your gift directly to the recipient.
