We would like to provide an important update regarding the CISON V8 PRO v1.1 engine kits that have been previously shipped.
After internal review, we identified that a small number of units were shipped without the 7.4V–11.1V Motor Starter Switch Module due to a packing oversight.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
What Happened
During the packing process, the starter switch module was unintentionally left out of some shipments. This issue only affects a limited number of orders.
We have already reviewed our internal packing procedure to prevent similar issues in the future.
Our Solution
To ensure all customers can use the product as intended, we have taken the following actions:
- We are arranging free replacement shipments of the missing starter switch module for all affected customers.
- If you have already purchased this module separately after discovering it was missing, please contact us. We will issue a full refund for the separately purchased module.
What You Need to Do
If your package is affected:
- Please contact our support team with your order number.
- We will verify and arrange the replacement shipment as soon as possible.
No additional action is required for most customers.
