Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. With free standard shipping, duties and taxes are already included, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives. Orders from our US and EU warehouses ship locally and don't go through customs at all. If you choose an express option at checkout, local duties may apply.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by these dates: Dec 14 for models shipping from our US & EU warehouses (3–7 business days), Dec 4 for models shipping from Hong Kong, and Dec 16 with express shipping. What if a part is missing or arrives damaged?
Email service@stirlingkit.com with your order number and a few photos, and a real person will get back to you and make it right. If it’s a quality problem, we cover the return shipping.
Which engine should I buy?
It depends on your budget, how much you enjoy building, and whether you want gas, nitro or steam. Email service@stirlingkit.com with what you have in mind and we’ll recommend one. New to engines? Our beginner’s guide is a good place to start.
Will it run out of the box, or do I need extra parts?
Some engines need a starter, fuel tank, ignition or base to run. Each product page lists what’s included, and our complete sets come with what you need so it runs on day one.
Is this a good gift for someone who has never built an engine?
