A thank-you gift for your holiday order
To thank you for your patience, every order of $200 or more placed between September 25 and October 4 will receive an exclusive gift from Stirlingkit.
- No code is needed. The gift is added to qualifying orders automatically.
- Each gift is chosen at random, one gift per order.
- The gift is shipped separately from your order, so it may arrive on a different day. Please do not be concerned if your parcels arrive at different times.
Shipping without delay from our US and EU warehouses
Our warehouses in the United States and Europe will continue shipping every day throughout the holiday. If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend choosing a model from these warehouses.
- Shipped locally from within the US or Europe, so your parcel has a shorter journey to your door.
- Not affected by the holiday. Your order will be shipped as usual.
- Next-day delivery is available for $80.
How the holiday affects your order
- Orders from our HK warehouse: orders placed on September 25 or 26 will be shipped on September 27. Orders placed between October 1 and 3 will be shipped on October 4.
- Orders from our US or EU warehouses: there is no change. Your order will be shipped as usual.
- Orders with rush processing: your order will be given priority as soon as our HK warehouse reopens.
Shipping carrier schedule for National Day
Our shipping partners will also be closed in early October. Parcels collected from our warehouse on September 30 will depart as follows:
- Standard shipping (YunExpress, UBI and others) will depart on October 2.
- Express shipping (DHL, UPS and others) will depart Hong Kong on October 5.
If your tracking information has not changed for a few days during the holiday, please be assured this is normal. Your parcel is safe, and the tracking information will be updated once the carriers resume work. Holiday days are not counted in the 7-day guideline explained under "How can I track my order?" below.
For orders shipped between September 30 and October 5, the estimated delivery time will be extended to allow for the holiday. The express shipping fee refund will be based on this extended estimate.

Orders for items in stock are usually shipped within 7 to 14 days. Pre-order items are shipped according to their production schedule.
Stirlingkit Priority Service
For our larger models, we want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Qualifying orders are upgraded to express shipping and looked after personally by our team.
- US engine orders over $800

- US aircraft orders over $500
- Upgraded to express shipping. Import taxes are paid upon delivery. Before shipping, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details.
- EU orders over $1,000
- Upgraded to express shipping. Import taxes are paid upon delivery. Before shipping, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details.
If your order requires confirmation and is placed during the holiday, we will contact you as soon as we return and ship your order promptly.
For larger purchases, you may also spread the cost with Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout.

Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free to all countries, and all duties and taxes are included. Shipping will show as $0 at checkout, and you will not be asked to pay anything upon delivery. Faster options such as express shipping and next-day delivery are also available for an additional fee, as listed in the "Shipping and taxes" table above.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and PayPal.
You may also pay in installments. With Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4, you can divide the cost of your order into smaller payments instead of paying the full amount at once. This can be especially helpful for our larger models. Simply choose Klarna or PayPal on the checkout page and follow the instructions. The installment options available to you depend on your country and will be shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can enter this number on our order tracking page to check the progress of your parcel at any time. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If the tracking information has not changed for up to 3 days, your parcel is most likely on its way between transport centers. This is normal, and the information will be updated when the parcel reaches its next stop.
If the tracking information has not changed for more than 7 days, there may be a problem with the delivery. Please email us your order number, and we will contact the carrier on your behalf. During the National Day holiday (October 1 to 5), carriers are closed, so we kindly ask you to allow a few extra days before contacting us.
Can I change my shipping address?
Before your order is shipped: yes. Please email us your order number and the correct address, and we will update it for you. We recommend contacting us as early as possible. As our warehouses continue shipping on some holiday dates, your order may be shipped before we are able to make the change.
After your order is shipped: unfortunately, the address can no longer be changed. If a delivery attempt is not successful, please wait until the parcel has arrived in your country, and then contact the local carrier shown in your tracking information. They will be able to help you arrange a new address or delivery time.
Can I cancel my order?
We will handle cancellation requests as soon as we return on September 28 or October 5. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still return it after delivery, as explained in the next question.
Can I return my order after it arrives?
Yes, provided the item is unused and in a condition that allows it to be resold. To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us first with your order number, and we will send you the return address. Please do not send the item back before receiving our reply, as parcels sent to other addresses cannot be processed.
- Pack the item carefully so that it arrives in the same condition in which you received it.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We are unable to accept returns of items that have been used or partly assembled. For full details, please see our return policy. If you have received an item that is faulty or has missing parts, please see the next question, and we will be glad to help.
A part is missing or damaged. What should I do?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we will make it right. Please email us your order number along with a few photos or a short video showing the problem. With this information, we can send you a replacement as soon as we return, without needing to ask you for further details. You may also visit our replacement parts center.
I am waiting for a replacement part. When will it be shipped?
We are doing our best to ship all pending replacement parts before the holiday. Once your part is shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you do not see our email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If your replacement part could not be shipped before the holiday, please be assured it is on our list. We will ship it as soon as we return on September 28 or October 5, and email you the tracking number straight away. There is no need to send another request.
I need help assembling or operating my model.
The instruction manual for your model and our user guides answer most questions about assembly and operation. Our Facebook group also remains active during the holiday, and many experienced members are glad to share their advice.
