Return Policy

General Policy:

These are Stirlingkit.com's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Stirlingkit.com website, We will be responsible for returned shipping fees and customs for the following case.

If a product is damaged, defective, or broken before you start using it or is not working, you can return it to us within the validity warranty period (30 Days). In this case, we will bear the shipping fee for the return. Please note that normally Stirlingkit will send you a new replacement part for free if you find only some accessories are broken because of the shipping damage.

2. In most cases, all products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within the warranty of return (30 Days). But If the items is returned because of a customer's reason like a wrong purchase, dislike of the product after purchase, etc, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee for return. Please make sure the item is new and not used at all, which doesn't affect the 2nd sale. Otherwise, the return request will be rejected.

All returns are affected after getting Return Merchandise Authorization.

3. Warning: Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

Any items not purchased from Stirlingkit.com
Any items without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.
The package has been received for more than 30 Days.
Items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the item
Any items that exhibit physical damage, or damage caused by accidental breakage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
Any items that are damaged because of personal appropriate usage.
If items are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you as we wish we could. We recommend that you select a tracked shipping method to return the defective products.

The RMA Process & Three Easy Steps:

1. Get RMA Authorization after you submit an RMA request by contacting service@stirlingkit.com


How to get RMA Authorization :

Please send an email of the RMA request to service@stirlingkit.com, and we will respond to you within 1-2 business days.RMA requests should include the following information: Order Number, SKU, the reason for sending back and posting images, choosing replacement or refund money, and other related concerns.


2. Ship the returned goods after you get the RMA authorization.
Once you ship returned goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories, and shipping address from Stirlingkit.com customer service center together with RMA authorization. Please return to the address we have given only after approval.
Notes: please offer the tracking number for the return shipment. Stirlingkit.com won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.

3. Get a replacement or Refund.
Stirlingkit will arrange for a resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days. The money will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days, if you don't receive money after 5 business days, please contact us: at service@stirlingkit.com
