If the Stirlingkit completes the order earlier than the expected ship date, the estimated delivery date will be recalculated accordingly.

We at Stirlingkit understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy:
Cancellation Window
You can request to cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will enter the processing stage, and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please note that if the items are in stock, orders typically ship within 2-24 hours.

Cancellation Charges
Cancellation Before Processing:
If your order is canceled before it begins processing, you won't be charged any cancellation fees.
Cancellation After Shipping:
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility. In this situation, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return according to our return policy.
Refunds
Eligible Cancellations:
For orders canceled within the 5-hour window, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days.
Cancellations After Shipment:
Shipped orders cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an order after it has shipped due to personal reasons, you will need to accept the delivery and then follow our return procedure. In these cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties.
Exceptions
Custom Orders:
Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for cancellation.
Payment Processors
For orders paid through any of our accepted payment methods, refunds for eligible cancellations will be credited back to your original payment account. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Our warehouse and logistics team operate Monday through Saturday. Therefore, even if your order ships on a weekend, cancellation requests emailed over the weekend will be addressed by our customer service team starting the following Monday. If your order has already shipped before your cancellation request is processed (including weekend shipments), we won't be able to stop the shipment. Please accept the delivery and then follow our return process. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for intentionally refused packages or unwarranted disputes.

Please be advised of an update to our shipping policy for orders being delivered to the United States, effective April 24, 2025, due to recent changes in US tariff regulations. We also want to highlight that we have local inventory in the United States, which is not affected by these tariff changes, and we encourage you to prioritize purchasing these items.
US Local Warehouses (Duty-Free):
We currently have warehouses located in New Jersey and California.
Products in our local US warehouses are not subject to the new tariffs. We encourage you to prioritize these items for faster delivery and to avoid any potential customs duties.
Please look for indicators such as "Ships from US Warehouse" on the product page.
Shipping Policy for Non-Local Warehouse Products:
The following policy applies to products shipped to the United States from our overseas factories:
Standard Shipping:
Our standard shipping service includes duties and customs clearance fees, so you will not incur any additional taxes or fees. Delivery timeframe: 15-20 business days.
Express Shipping:
For orders destined for the United States with an amount exceeding $500 USD, we will automatically upgrade to express shipping at no additional cost to you.
Our express shipping service includes duties and customs clearance fees, so you will not incur any additional taxes or fees. Delivery timeframe: 5-13 business days.
To avoid customs clearance issues, we will not choose express delivery services such as DHL. If you insist on using express delivery, please note that you will be solely responsible for all applicable duties (currently 145%). We advise you to consider this carefully.
Shipping Fee Refund:
If you paid for express shipping, but your order ultimately does not arrive within the promised timeframe, we will fully refund the express shipping fee within 24 after receiving the goods.
Extended Processing Times:
Please note that due to the unusual tariff situation, processing times for many packages are significantly longer. Therefore, please expect an additional 3-5 business days for the processing and delivery of orders shipped from overseas, beyond our standard delivery times.We understand that these policy adjustments may impact your shopping experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working closely with our logistics partners to minimize any delays.
