I finally had. chance to open the above and on the first instruction. Put the rod into the base, the road is too large in diameter or the support on the base is too small.
I can say how disappointed I am at this.
The first instruction and it DOES NOT FIT!
Please remedy by either sending a new base plate or rod.
Rod diameter 0.62 or higher cm
Base hole diameter 0.58 cm.

Hi – The order I’m concerned with is 42317 it says it was delivered by DHL complete . The package was unopened – but upon opening all I received was the 2 silver 140 ml oil/fuel tanks , the CISON v8 partial kit . No black fuel tank, clear over flow tank ,digital tach , alternator and belt. I didn’t receive my mini drill press and extra clamp and bits . I didn’t receive my metal digital tack with hall sensor. I have talk with Mona but I’m just wondering when this order can be straightened out? Thank-you in advance Russ

I’ve just received the shipment. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work because I couldn’t download the app on an android phone for some reason even though I’d tried many times !
Also, after having checked the item, one side wheels of the robot was very loose compared to the other !
If this can’t be fixed, I think I’ll have to return the item back to you. This is my second message which was sent to you.
Please advise asap !
