Hello Enjomor supporters,
Enjomor is dedicated to designing and producing high-performance engine models. Before we made ENJOMOR V8-G52, Enjomor D6, Enjomor D7 engines, GS-V12, ENJOMOR GS-DK01. Frankly, I lost my way when we succeeded in making it from L4 to V12. In the beginning, I was just a car geek and was into model engines for years. I start to make model engines for years from L4 to v12. I find only a few of them receive positive feedback, which makes me depressed. In the beginning, I thought it would be cool if I could make v12 because v12 is a thing to me. and after a few years of trial, I made it. And then I had no idea what to do next. it has been a long time since I was stuck and frustrated. so my wife invited me to have a trip together with her. When I came back to work, I re-read all the reviews from the pros and customers of the engine we have made, so I suddenly realized what I cannot ignore is the feedback and ideas from Enjomor supporters deep in my mind. It's they who give us the confidence to keep going.
I want to start to make a new engine as I know the previous inline-four engine models are not as perfect as I had expected. So I want to make another new L4 engine with high performance this time. That's it. ENJOMOR GS-L4. if you have any ideas or suggestions on our engines, please comment or send them to service@stirlingkit.com

D6S is an advanced four-valve DOHC (double overhead camshaft) engine model designed for car enthusiasts and mechanical dynamics learners who pursue high performance and high simulation. Compared with the traditional D6 model, GS-L4 has been optimized in many aspects, improving the intake and exhaust efficiency, power output and thermal efficiency, making it a more competitive product on the market.
2.1 Cylinder block and cylinder head design
Compared with the traditional two-valve engine, the four-valve design of GS-L4 is not only superior in simulation, but also performs well in multiple technical indicators. The four-valve structure can significantly improve intake and exhaust efficiency, optimize mixture formation, and thereby improve power output and thermal efficiency. The specific performance is:
1.Higher intake and exhaust efficiency: The four-valve design allows a larger intake and exhaust cross-sectional area. Compared with two-valve, the intake area can be increased by about 30%, and the exhaust area can be increased by about 50%.
2.Better power output: Improved charging efficiency and combustion speed increase engine power output by up to 45%.
3.Higher thermal efficiency: By increasing the intake passage and improving the engine compression ratio, the power performance of a four-valve engine is far better than that of a two-valve engine with the same displacement.
2.2. DOHC (Double Overhead Cam)
The design of the DOHC engine allows the intake and exhaust valves to be driven by two camshafts respectively, which has the following advantages:
1. Sportiness and smoothness: the operation process is smoother and the noise is lower.
2.Advantages of multi-valve design: improved intake and exhaust efficiency, ensuring full combustion and better emission efficiency.
3. Flexible intake and exhaust valve control: the opening and closing time of the valve can be easily changed to optimize power output at different speeds.
4. Low power loss: reduced power loss caused by valve tappets and rocker arms.
2.3. Cycloid oil pump
The cycloid oil pump equipped with the GS-L4 adopts a unique structure that can realize forward and reverse fluid transmission. Its compact and sturdy design is suitable for complex working conditions and easy to maintain, ensuring stable operation under high load conditions.
2.4 Piston design
