Gen 3 is the current version. Gen 1 and Gen 2 are discontinued. If you own an older base and need help, just email us.

What You Need with It
This is the base only. To build a running engine, you'll also need:
1. A compatible engine (see the table above)
2. The official TOYAN starter kit for your engine's fuel type (nitro or gasoline): ST-NF2 / FS-L200 Starter Kit
3. A lithium battery and fuel, bought locally. Water-cooling parts are not included either.

Does it come with instructions?
Yes. Mounting and wiring are shown step by step in the video above, and the manuals are on our Download Manual page. If anything is still unclear, email us a photo and we'll help.
Does the base run on gas, or does it include the engine?
The base itself has no engine and uses no fuel. It's the stand and control platform. The engine (nitro or gasoline) and the starter kit are sold separately, or together in the Complete Set.
Do I have to assemble it?
Yes, a little. You fix your engine to the base with the included screws, then connect the starter kit. The video shows every step.
