This is a mini engine with an air-cooled cooling system and a carburetor with adjustable speed. It is made of brass and stainless steel. The bore is 13MM. The stroke is 12MM. Thecarburetor with adjustable speed is used. The ignition is powered by 1.5V power supply and 1/4-32 thread spark plug.
Its starting can be divided into two ways: external force(electric drill)and manual starting.

Engine Startup Steps:
1.Check the wiring of the engine from the board, connect the fuel tankpipeline, and install a No 5 battery(. 5v).
2.Use gasoline(95=)to fill the fuel tank. After the filling is completedturn the flywheel clockwise on the right side of the engine(power switchsurface) for many turns. No air can be generated.
3.Turn on the power switch and quickly rotate the flywheel clockwise onthe right side of the engine(power switch surface)to start the engine.
4. Lubrication method: Lubricating oil of no more than 4ML can be added to the crankcase to ensure splash lubrication of the crankshaft.
5.Fuel and consumption: The fuel tank capacity is about 15ML. The engine can use gasoline and aviation kerosene. The engine needs to add 4% lubricating oil when fueling.
Precautions:
1.If the ignition device is normal and the cylinder compression is normalif the machine cannot start normally, it is very likely that the carburetor oilneedle needs to be adiusted.
2.After tightening the main oil needle on the carburetor, loosen 1/4 turand start the flywheel, so that the mixing ratio of gasoline and air canreach the normal working mixing ratio.
3. When the machine stops, the power switch should be turned off.
4. If the engine has no compression, it should be because foreign matter has entered the engine, which prevents the valve from closing normally.
There are the following methods to try to solve this problem.
a. Put a few drops of lubricant on the carburetor. Rotate the engine for a while, the foreign matter will be discharged under the action of the lubricating oil, and the cylinder pressure will be restored.
b. Rotate the engine for a while, and discharge foreign objects by rotating.
c. Remove the cylinder head. There may be foreign matter on the valve, which will cause the valve to not close properly. So check the foreign matter on the valve and restore the cylinder pressure after cleaning.
d. The valve timing gear may be caused by disorder.

Nice item, very fast shipping
It arrived in 9 days after I ordered. As it is made of brass and stainless steel, it is heavy despite its small size. I used Coleman's White Gasoline instead of Gasoline because it has less odor and soot and has better startability. As a precaution, I added 5% of Honda 2-stroke oil. I could easily start it with an electric drill with the attached adapter. The throttle stayed slow and the engine ran for about 30 minutes. A good compression was obtained by running around 3 tanks as a break-in operation. It is a very well-made mini OHV engine. By the way, the capacity of both the cooling water hopper and the fuel tank is about 10cc.
Ce sont extérieurement de jolis moteurs, quand à fonctionner correctement, c'est tout autres choses. Deja sur essence ne démarre pas, sur aspen ne démarre pas non plus, la seule solution c'est le glow plug sur methanol nitré à 16 % mais bougie alimentée en permanence, car le tunnel dans lequel la bougie donne est trop long , ce qui provoque un point froid, empêchant le mélange d'éxploser. La solution est de placer la bougie de biais sur la culasse, pour que son filament affleure l'alésage au niveau des soupapes. Je me suis promis de faire cette modification, mais il me faut acheter le bon taraud au bon pas. Puis le tube cuivre reliant le réservoir au carburateur est trop petit 1x2, il aurait fallut 1,5 ou 2x3, pour donner à boire au carburateur, la encore ça peut se modifier. Puis pourquoi avoir mis des toriques en guise de segments ? Qui ne tiennent le coup pas longtemps ? Deux segments en inox fendus de 0,5 d'épaisseur auraient été bien meilleurs, comme les moteurs Zimmermann Allemand, des toriques qui ne facilitent pas les démontages fréquents.
De jolis moteurs bourrés d'un tas de défauts de conception, Les moteurs Toyan sont nettement meilleurs. Chat échaudé en vaut 3, on ne m'y reprendra pas avec les moteurs EACHINE. Jean Paul Gonon.

Der Motor kam sehr gut verpackt schon nach 14 Tagen bei mir an.
Nach einigen Einstellungen.Hauptdüsennadel lief er dann perfekt.
Man kann ihn mit der Hand anwerfen. Schnell mit der flachen Hand über das rechte Schwungrad ziehen,...... und erläuft an.
Mein Enkel mit 7 Jahren kann das auch und ist total begeistert.
Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
