ENJOMOR Watt Reactor Model Steam Engine with Boiler Cool Science Project Toys
.Steam Engine Reactor: The improvement and application of Watt steam engine, model it, and you will be attracted by its exquisite appearance. The steam engine starts and runs smoothly and simulates steam mist, which makes people obsessed. Take you back to the steam age. .Safety Design: The steam engine is equipped with a pressure monitoring instrument, a hand-operated valve switch, which can adjust the air intake, and a splash-proof exhaust pipe on the side. The steam engine is equipped with a vertical reactor furnace, and the steam pressure is evenly released to ensure safe use. .Excellent Manufacturing Process: It is made of metal material, safe and strong, and the retro appearance evokes the feelings of the steam age. The first-class processing technology brings excellent performance and high-end mechanical model experience. It is a combination of texture and beauty crafts. .Instructions for Use: Place the model on the desktop, use the steam pipe to connect the reaction furnace and the steam engine, fill the boiler with water, fill the alcohol lamp with 95% alcohol fuel, light the wick to heat, close the throttle valve clockwise, and heat for 4 minutes. The pressure rises to 0.5bar. Open the throttle valve counterclockwise. Turn the flywheel to start the steam engine. .Notes: Operate the machine according to the instructions. It is forbidden to dry the machine without water, and it is forbidden to touch the heated part of the machine to prevent scalding. Children should use it under the supervision of an adult. .Wide Application and Gift: This product is suitable as a teaching aid and learning tool, do scientific and technological experiments, and contribute to popular science knowledge. At the same time, it is suitable as a great gift for birthdays, Christmas and other holidays to steam model players and technology enthusiasts. .Age: 14+
A beautiful little steam engine and boiler, aluminum nicely anodized, good looking machinery work.
BUT - even with tightening all the glands, etc., steam pressure will not go above 1 bar (14.7 psi), which is not enough to operate the engine. Steam mostly leaks from the throttle valve - copiously! It fits loosely in any position, allowing steam to readily escape. Steam also escapes freely through the exhaust stack fitting, with no way to tighten it. Warm up time for the steam tank is about 8-10 minutes. Stirling supplies a small container (50 ml), but asks for 80 ml into the boiler. And the supplied funnel is way too large to fit either fuel or water tank. I had to resort to filling it from a 1-ml syringe, the largest tip I could find that would fit into the filling openings.
All the beauty in the world is NOT beautiful, if the object fails to work.
And not a word anywhere about contacting customer service.
Very well made
This steam engine is hefty well made and looks tough.
I was very impressed with how well it runs and how strong it is. If you want an impressive steam engine to play with or just to look at, this is a good one.

Lovely Historic Model Beam Engine
This is a model of the earlier steam engine. Used to pump water from mines.
Stirling Kit have reproduced the original engine in this beautiful model. It also
comes with its own steam boiler. Great value and well made.

I expected this purchase to be fun.... big disappointment...
According to the web page description this item... has a luminous gyroscope?... has removable & interchangeable parts... has a bulb that lights up... and comes with an extra flywheel & allen key. That's all great and sounds like a fun item, but in reality: the "gyroscope" does not light up - I suspect a dead battery, no extra flywheel was included & no allen key was included, so there is nothing to remove & interchange, the engine can barely generate 2.5V - so the 5V bulb is never going to lite up. Oddly after a few minutes of running this engine now does not even work. It does need to heat up before running but now even after 5 minutes of direct flame this engine just won't run. I can only post 1 video so I cannot show the "dead" engine. Overall I can't give this more than 1 star for the overhyped description & missing parts
The engine received was not the one shown on the website
This engine runs very well, the problem is that the engine they sent does NOT match the item in the picture. I specifically wanted a thermo stirling engine with an "extended" hot tube. What they sent was the standard "short" hot tube variety. I already have 2 engines of this style, if I wanted another I could have purchased the one from this site for $23.99 or $19.99. Instead, I paid $29.99. If Stirlingkit no longer have this item in stock, they should UPDATE their website pictures and ADVISE the customer accordingly. This is very poor business practice on the part of Stirlingkit to make an unauthorized substitution. I have been very satisfied with my other purchases from Stirlingkit up until now
Well I have built this little engine was fun to build took me from 11pm to round 7 am the next morning as I was taking my time going to put it on a stand then start it up just waiting for the stand/base for it
A nicely packed kit love how the box is wood and everything is packed in black foam trays instructions are online but the contents are in plastic box’s. Like screw’s nuts and everything else needed to build it
I sent you an email describing my research and asking to speak with your engineers about reversing the rotation. I have had no response. I am a retired electrical engineer researching chirality and Tesla's concepts on Aether and gravity.
