.This is a simple design, excellent performance and cost-effective model Marine two cylinder reciprocating steam engine. With the same cylinder diameter, this steam engine has a smaller and more refined appearance.
.Precision casting base, surface electrophoresis treatment, long painting time for non-rust property. CNC finishing parts ensure the machine is more precise and reliable, and the unique ladder frame structure increases the torsional resistance of the machine.
.The joint surface of the cylinder head is sealed with 0.08mm red copper sheet, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. Adopt high hardness beryllium copper as spindle bearing to ensure longer and more stable operation.
.Oil cup with oil discharge function, side of piston connecting rod is equipped with lubricating oil filling port, each friction surface can get good lubrication, prolong service life.

Very nice, well built engine

This engine was well packaged for shipment, however, the mainshaft had pushed through the foam wrapped around the engine within the nice internal box and had jammed the flywheel against the base. This caused the engine to turn over with great difficulty. A little naval engineering and maintenance ensured that the mainshaft allowed all parts to move freely, especially after liberal lubrication. I have not yet attached it to the 230ml boiler that I purchased at the same time, but am hopeful that all will work perfectly when I do so. Craftsmanship is excellent, and even if all you do is put it on a shelf as a model (that would be a BIG shame), this is money well spent.
