Should I buy now or wait until later in Black Friday?
Buy when you find the right gift. Black Friday is our lowest price of the year, and our Lowest Price Promise has you covered: order by November 30, and if the same item drops lower before December 31, 2026, we refund the difference. Ordering early also means the kit they want is still in stock, and your gift arrives well before Christmas. Want a little extra off? Spin the Lucky Wheel for a gift card that stacks on sale prices.
Can I stack a discount code on Black Friday prices?
Our Lucky Wheel gift cards can. Spin once on the Lucky Friday page, and every spin wins $5–$100 off that works on top of our sitewide Black Friday discount. One gift card per order. Other discount codes can't be combined with the sale.
Can I ship my order directly to the gift recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. Our products come without price tags, and we never include invoices or receipts in the package, so your gift stays a surprise.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Write your message in the order notes at checkout, and we'll include it in the package.
Will the recipient have to pay any taxes or fees?
Most orders ship free with all duties included. For a few large orders, such as US RC aircraft orders over $500 or EU orders over $1,000, taxes may apply. We'll always confirm with you before shipping, so there are no surprises for your recipient.
What if the price drops after I buy?
Orders placed between October 1 and November 30, 2026 are covered by our Lowest Price Promise. If the same item (same version) drops to a lower price on our site before December 31, 2026, contact us with your order number and we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. Price protection applies to listed product prices only and does not include discount codes, clearance or flash deal items.
Can I return a gift after Christmas?
Yes. Orders placed between October 1 and December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027. All other conditions in our Return Policy still apply.
If I order now, will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, with plenty of room to spare. US-warehouse items usually arrive in 2–7 days, and orders from our global warehouse usually take 5–15 business days.
