Free upgradation for your Rotary Engine model
Due to feedback from many customers reporting that their rotary engine cannot be started due to certain technical issues, TOYAN has made the decision to provide a better experience for customers who have purchased these engines. We will repair and upgrade all single-rotor and twin-rotor rotary engines that cannot start normally, free of charge. Additionally, we will provide an electric starter kit (If you have already purchased one one-button electric start, please return it to us as well).
Please contact Stirlingkit for the return shipping address and related info in advance. After you send the engine back, please provide us with the courier tracking number and payment receipt for the corresponding courier fee. TOYAN & Stirlingkit will cover the cost of return shipping and maintenance fees. We will complete the upgrade in about a month to ensure your engine can be used normally.
We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and ask that you have confidence in us. We are committed to returning a rotary engine model that starts perfectly.
If you do not have confidence in us and prefer a refund, please return the engine and provide us with the tracking number. We will provide a refund service after receiving your returned parcel.
2023/9/23 Update:
The newly tested shrapnel of the rotary engine will deform after 30 minutes of violent testing. The difficulty is relatively high. The current plan is to send more spare shrapnel parts to customers as vulnerable parts. Brute force testing runs at high speed for a long time, and customers generally don't do it this way.

please note that all the updated rotary engines, single rotors and twin rotors just arrived at Stirlingkit warehouse. but here is a problem, the bases will be sent out on 12 Dec, 2023. so here is 2 solutions for you.
1. send you the engine only to you first. and the base will be sent out in December.
2. Don't wait until the 12 Dec, 2023. and then the engine and the base will be sent together from Stirlingkit

Yes. The improvement plan for the rotary engine has been confirmed. Currently, engineers have changed the internal structure of the rotary engine and confirmed new materials and processes. The schedule is being revised. The test video is as follows:
2. When can the rotary engine I returned be upgraded?
It is still being scheduled for upgrade, please wait patiently. It's supposed to get it updated in the end of October.
3. When can the upgraded rotary engine be shipped to me?
The engine will be sent to Stirlingkit's warehouse immediately if Toyan successfully updgrade this engine. Then we will notify you by email immediately.

5.How to extend the life of Toyan Rotary Engine Model?
Remember not to run it for more than 10-15 minutes. When its speed reaches more than 30,000 rpm. Please let it rest.
