H74 5cc 4-Stroke 2-Cylinder Water Cooled Gasoline Internal Combustion Engine Model

Features:

.Vintage Engine: This is a vertical dual-cylinder gasoline engine with vintage outlook and mechanical speed governor, and it allows engine to stabilized a set of speed.
.The engine adopts water circulation cooled, with radiator tank, water pump and fan. Equipped with ignition system and powered by 4.5V (3 x AA battery).
.This is a perfect mechanical craft which is made from brass and stainless steel. The product is assembled on the wooden base and ready to run. Adding fuel to work, its good performance will amazed you a lot.
.Starting Step:

(1)Check the engine wiring under the wooden base, then connect the oil tank and oil tube and install 3 AA battery (4.5V).
(2)Fill the oil tank with 95 gasoline. After filling, rotate the flywheel clockwise on the right side of the engine (power switch surface) for several turns, which can make the mixed fuel fully enter the cylinder and ensure that there is no air in the fuel pipe.
(3)Turn on the power switch then rotate the flywheel clockwise quickly to start the engine on its right.
.Note:

(1)You need to add some water to the water tank after the engine works, for the water will enter the cylinder to fill the space after work and the water path in the cylinder will return to the water tank through the pipe.
(2)If the ignition device is normal and the cylinder compression is normal and the machine cannot start normally, it is likely that the carburetor needle needs to be adjusted.
(3)After tighten the needle of carburetor, loosen it for 1/4 turn and start the flywheel to make the mixture ratio of the gasoline and air reach the the normal working mixture ratio.
(4) Turn off the power when the machine stop working.
(5)This is an ideal gift for machinery and model fans and it will spent the spare time with you. It can serve as a collection or a gift for Christmas and birthday.

A piece of art

This is a wonderful piece of art! I bought all three of these engines, one cylinder, two cylinder and four cylinder. And I wasn,t disappointed. They all came with very good packing and in good shape and started running at first try with a wonderful sound. The only thing I was missing was air filters for the carburators so I bought and put those on. Thank you Stirlingkit for a fantastic product.

Shorted ignition system

This great model arrived in perfect condition, that is until I put batteries in it and tried to start it. The batteries got so hot that they started to melt the holder. They were brand new alkaline batteries and the three gave me 4.83 volts. When I checked the connection I found that there was a dead short between the wires on the engine side of the connection when switched on. I need a replacement ignition module before I can try and start it again!

What a beautiful engine

It's really nice to see how this engine works, it started on the first try. But not only that, it's a small piece of art to decorate a man's office.
I am really very happy with the H74 engine and can only recommend it.
Communication with the Stirlingkit team also works quite well.

Wonderful little engine.

This is number two of this kind of engines that I have bought. Same model. I love them. However: I used Zippy lighter fuel on the first one which was a big mistake. After a short time the engine jammed and I had to take it apart. But it would never work again. So a bought another one. Same thing happened again! I had bought a fourcylinder before and same thing happened with that one. So three engines jammed when I used Zippy fuel. However one engine (a two cylinder one) I managed to repair by taking spare parts from the destroyed ones. I skipped the Zippy fuel and used Husqvarna 2% 2 stroke fuel instead. Bingo! Now it works fine although with a bit more smoke. I am so happy now and have ordered a new 4-cylinder engine. So a big warning from me: Don,t use Zippy lighter fuel for these kinds of engines!!! Use 2-stroke fuel.
