DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that:

  • Shipping carrier delays may impact delivery time
  • Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and rural areas will take longer

Estimated Delivery Times (after leaving our warehouses):

  • Express Shipping: 2–7 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping (for Overweight Items): 10–20 Business Days

CHRISTMAS ORDERING DEADLINES

To receive your items by Wednesday, December 25, 2024, please place your order by the following deadlines:

  • Standard Shipping: Thursday, December 12, 2024
  • Express Shipping: Tuesday, December 17, 2024

Shipping services are determined by product size, type, weight, and destination. Some services may not be available for your location or specific items. Shipping timelines are estimated and may be subject to delays.


HOLIDAY PACKAGES

If you're planning to keep your holiday gifts a surprise, please note that many larger items ship in their own packaging and may reveal their contents. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping or over-boxing. However, most of our engine models are securely packed in sturdy packaging.

For last-minute orders, Stirlingkit offers limited stock in U.S. and EU local warehouses with 2–7 days fast delivery.


SHIPPING RATES

Stirlingkit uses various carriers, including Yunexpress, USPS, United States Postal Service, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Air. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier details and estimated delivery date.

  • Standard Shipping is available internationally.
  • This limited-time offer is subject to change without notice.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping is available for qualifying items.

  • Rates are based on weight, size, and delivery zip code.
  • Express orders receive expedited attention, but please allow time for handling.

LIFT-GATE CHARGES

Please provide a valid daytime phone number when placing your order. If you have questions, you can contact Customer Service at service@stirlingkit.com (Monday through Sunday, 6 am to 6 pm PT).


Important Shipping Notes:

  • Stirlingkit cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • We do not ship to Freight Forwarding/Logistics addresses.
  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
  • Stirlingkit currently does not ship to APO or FPO addresses due to export regulations.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

While we aim to prevent backorders, they can occasionally occur. In these cases, your item will be shipped as soon as our warehouse receives new stock.

  • For orders with backordered items, shipping will be charged on the entire merchandise total, including the backordered item.
  • When the backordered item ships, you will only be charged for the item (plus applicable taxes).
  • If a backordered item is discontinued or unavailable, it will be canceled, and you will not be charged. You may be able to find a comparable or upgraded version on our website.
