To keep your engine operating at peak performance, be sure to perform proper maintenance for each of the following areas, as outlined in your owner's manual: .Air filter
.Oil (and filter)
 .Cooling system (including the flywheel fan, cooling fins, and any radiators or oil coolers)

We do not recommend using additives or cleaners in the oil or fuel system. Air-cooled engines operate at higher temperatures than liquid-cooled model engines, and additives developed for model engine use may not perform properly at higher temperatures. In addition, oil additives can prematurely break down, altering the properties of the oil and leading to extensive internal damage or failure. Fuel system cleaning additives have a tendency to separate and turn acidic, causing damage to fuel system components. We do, however, recommend a fuel stabilizer during periods of non-use (one month or more) to retard fuel deterioration.

Due to possible variations within a model series, we recommend that you rely on your actual dipstick readings. Add oil of the proper type up to the "F" or "FULL" mark on the dipstick. Your owner's manual can provide you with more specific information.

Depending on the length of time since we discontinued a given engine, service parts may still be available. Contact your Stirlingkit engine expert (service@stirlingkit.com) for more information.

We provide shipping via UPS and they will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Your shipping request addressed to a P.O. Box will be delayed and will require an address correction before shipment. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. Most engines are sent via Yunexpress and can take 10-30 days to arrive depending on the countries. Regional Areas should expect to see their parcel within 28-30 days. DHL shipping is faster and deliver your parcel within 7 days.

Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the original order date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will credit your account with a refund after our warehouse receives your non-defective engines. If an error was made, if you are not happy with the engine, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

It depends on whether your order is fullfilled or not. If your parcel was not sent, please contact and send an email to our Engine Expert that you want to change your order into another engine. But if your parcel is already on the route, sorry we can not change your order. Just image that more than 1000 parcels are handled everyday. It's hard to find the specific parcel and not to say return the parcel. Hope you can understand. And if you still want to return it, please contact us after you receive the parcel and return it to us. (in this case, you need to pay the shipping freights and taxes yourself) However, if an error was made, you are not happy with the engine, or you received a damaged product, please contact us so we can make it right. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and the Refund Policy does not extend beyond the 14-day window.

If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the engine has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your engine has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the engine, please email us or submit a request, so we can understand how to make it right.
