Eligibility:
The “Model Engine for Life” giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:
(a) Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
(b) Register on the online giveaway page.
Stirlingkit (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”) and its “Related Parties” (as defined below) are not eligible to participate.
“Model Engine for Life” means each winner will receive a random engine blind box, and the engine will be covered under the Sponsor’s unconditional lifetime quality guarantee policy. Please refer to our policy for complete details.
The Sponsor reserves the right to use each winner's first name and last initial for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner. If you do not wish for your name and last initial to be used, you are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
By entering the “Model Engine for Life” giveaway, you agree to receive periodic email newsletters from the Sponsor, but you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Agreement to Rules:
By participating in the “Model Engine for Life” giveaway:
(a) You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements outlined above;
(b) You agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway.
Entry Period:
The online entry period begins at 12:01 AM on December 15, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM on January 15, 2025.
How to Enter:
To enter, you must submit your entry using the online form provided on the website. To be eligible to win, entrants must meet the eligibility requirements and complete all required fields in the online form. Incomplete entries or entries not in compliance with these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
You may enter only once. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent these rules. If you attempt to circumvent the rules, the Sponsor may disqualify your entry at its sole discretion. Additionally, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries from the same user using different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer beyond the allowed limit, or entries using bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway.
Winning is not guaranteed. Your chances of winning depend on the number of valid entries submitted.
Prizes:
We are collaborating with four different influencers for this giveaway. Fans of each influencer will have the chance to win one prize. One winner will be randomly selected for each influencer. Each winner will receive a blind-box engine model from www.stirlingkit.com
Each engine model comes with an unconditional lifetime guarantee, making this truly a “Model Engine for Life” In other words, as long as you utilize our unconditional guarantee, these engines will last a lifetime.
The Sponsor will cover the cost of shipping each winner’s prize to a single address within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) via a shipping method of the Sponsor’s choice. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is not supported.
No cash or prize substitutions are allowed. Prizes are non-transferable and belong solely to the winners.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected through a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify winners via email within five (5) days of selection, using the email address provided during entry.
The first name and last initial of each winner will also be announced on the Sponsor’s website. However, if a selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Any winner found to be in violation of these rules (as determined solely by the Sponsor) will be disqualified, and all rights as a winner will be immediately terminated.
Rights Granted by You:
By entering the Giveaway, you understand that if you are a winner, the Sponsor and its successors and assigns have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your first name and last initial for advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation to you. These rights are worldwide, perpetual, and may be exercised in any media or platform now known or hereafter developed.
Sponsor’s Rights:
If a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control compromises the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at its sole discretion. In such cases, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process, the Giveaway, or the [www.stirlingkit.com](https://www.stirlingkit.com) website or violating these rules.
Limitation of Liability:
You agree that:
(a) The Sponsor and its Related Parties are not responsible for any liability arising from or related to your participation in the Giveaway. You hereby release the Sponsor and its Related Parties from any liability, including but not limited to:
(i) Failure to receive winning notifications or failure to accept, possess, or use the prize due to spam, junk email, or incorrect contact information;
(ii) Technical failures, including but not limited to computer, network, hardware, or software malfunctions;
(iii) Errors in the administration or processing of entries;
(iv) Negligence by the Sponsor;
(v) Any other cause except for intentional misconduct by the Sponsor.
(b) You will not bring any claims, lawsuits, or proceedings against the Sponsor or its Related Parties for the above circumstances.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform. Information is provided solely to the Sponsor.
Disputes:
These rules and any disputes arising from or related to the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any claims shall be exclusively submitted to federal or state courts in Washington County, Vermont.
Ineligible Related Parties:
Ineligible Related Parties include the Sponsor’s directors, officers, employees, contractors, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household, as well as affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, distributors, sales agents, and service providers of the Sponsor.
General Conditions:
By participating in the “Model Engine for Life” giveaway, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.
The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and without prior notice to entrants. Any changes will be posted on the official Giveaway page.
The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Taxes:
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will not provide tax advice or documentation beyond what is legally required.
Entire Agreement:
These Official Rules represent the entire agreement between the entrant and the Sponsor regarding the Giveaway and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
