Overall this car works, and was pretty fun for my 5 year old to watch drive around. The mechanics of lining up the alcohol lamp to the correct spot, and keeping the car on track, are a little tricky. It is a very gentle engine - doesn't go super fast, and can't go up a hill. But still a neat contraption.
